Terms of Use

Application: CraftSkins

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CraftSkins mobile application (“CraftSkins,” the “App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by VASUNDHARA GAMES.

By downloading, accessing, or using CraftSkins, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.

CraftSkins is an application that provides tools and features for creating, editing, generating, customizing, and managing Minecraft-related skins and other user-created content. Certain features may use artificial intelligence.

2. Eligibility

You may use CraftSkins only if you are legally permitted to use the App under the laws applicable to you.

If you are under the age required to independently agree to these Terms in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

3. License to Use CraftSkins

Subject to these Terms, VASUNDHARA GAMES grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download and use CraftSkins for your personal, lawful use.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App except as expressly permitted by us.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to obtain the source code of the App, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App itself.
Circumvent security, access controls, subscription restrictions, or other technical protections.
Use automated systems to access or abuse the App.
Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the App.
Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.

4. User Content

CraftSkins may allow you to create, upload, edit, import, generate, store, or otherwise submit content, including Minecraft skins, images, text, prompts, designs, and other materials (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of User Content to the extent that you have valid rights in that content.

By submitting User Content to CraftSkins, you grant VASUNDHARA GAMES a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, modify, transmit, and display that User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, maintain, improve, secure, and support the App and its features.

This license may include transmitting User Content to third-party service providers that process information on our behalf, including AI, hosting, analytics, or other technology providers.

You represent and warrant that:

You own or have the necessary rights and permissions to submit your User Content.
Your User Content does not knowingly violate another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
Your User Content does not violate applicable law or these Terms.
You will not submit content that you are prohibited from sharing or processing.

We may remove or restrict User Content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of others.

5. AI Features

CraftSkins may provide AI-powered features using third-party artificial intelligence services, including OpenAI API services.

When you use an AI feature, prompts, images, text, or other information you submit may be transmitted to the applicable AI provider so that the requested AI functionality can be performed.

AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or unsuitable for your particular purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated results before using, publishing, distributing, or relying on them.

You should not submit sensitive, confidential, or unnecessary personal information to AI features.

AI-generated content does not necessarily represent the views or opinions of VASUNDHARA GAMES.

6. AI-Generated Content and Intellectual Property

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may use AI-generated results produced through CraftSkins for your personal use and other lawful purposes permitted by the App and your applicable subscription or purchase.

However, ownership and copyright protection of AI-generated material may vary by jurisdiction and may depend on the amount of human creativity involved.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is unique, copyrightable, or free from similarity to content generated for other users.

You are responsible for determining whether your intended use of AI-generated content is legally permitted.

7. Minecraft and Third-Party Trademarks

CraftSkins is an independent application and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected with Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

“Minecraft” and related names, trademarks, and intellectual property belong to their respective owners.

CraftSkins is intended to provide tools for creating and editing compatible skin content. You are responsible for complying with all applicable Minecraft, Mojang, Microsoft, platform, and other third-party terms when using content created through CraftSkins.

8. Subscriptions

CraftSkins may offer auto-renewable subscriptions on iOS through Apple’s App Store and on Android through Google Play.

Subscriptions may provide access to premium features, AI functionality, additional tools, content, credits, or other benefits described in the App at the time of purchase.

The exact subscription benefits, price, billing period, introductory offers, free trials, and renewal terms will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Apple App Store

For purchases made through Apple’s App Store, payment and subscription transactions are processed by Apple through Apple’s in-app purchase system.

Apple’s rules and terms apply to those transactions.

Apple’s auto-renewable subscription rules require subscription benefits and pricing information to be clearly communicated before purchase.

Google Play

For purchases made through Google Play, payment and subscription transactions are processed by Google through Google Play Billing.

Google Play subscriptions may automatically renew according to the applicable subscription plan unless cancelled by the user.

Google provides subscription-management functionality through Google Play.

9. Automatic Renewal

Unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date, an auto-renewable subscription will automatically renew for another subscription period.

The applicable price will be the price presented to you in the relevant store, subject to applicable taxes, price changes, promotional offers, and platform rules.

If the subscription price changes, the applicable app store may provide notice or require confirmation as required by its rules.

10. Free Trials and Introductory Offers

CraftSkins may offer free trials, introductory pricing, promotional pricing, or other subscription offers.

Eligibility, duration, price, and renewal conditions will be displayed before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated by the applicable platform, when a free trial or introductory period ends, the subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription at the applicable price unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable platform’s cancellation rules.

11. Cancelling a Subscription

Deleting CraftSkins from your device does not cancel an active subscription.

You must cancel your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play account through which you purchased it.

For Apple subscriptions, users can manage subscriptions through their Apple Account/App Store subscription settings.

Cancellation generally prevents future renewal but does not necessarily provide a refund for the current billing period.

Refunds are subject to the policies and procedures of the applicable app store.

12. Purchases and Refunds

All purchases made through Apple’s App Store or Google Play are subject to the applicable platform’s purchase, billing, refund, and payment rules.

VASUNDHARA GAMES does not directly process your Apple App Store or Google Play payment credentials.

Where the applicable platform controls the transaction and refund process, refund requests must generally be submitted through that platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.

13. Platform Terms

Your use of CraftSkins may also be subject to the terms of the platform from which you downloaded the App.

Apple permits developers to provide a custom EULA, but Apple’s required minimum terms and applicable App Store rules continue to apply.

Google Play

Google Play Billing and subscription rules may also apply to purchases made through Google Play.

14. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use CraftSkins to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Infringe copyright, trademark, patent, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
Upload or generate unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, hateful, or harmful material.
Attempt to obtain unauthorized access to our systems or another user’s information.
Circumvent subscriptions, payments, authentication, rate limits, or technical protections.
Abuse AI services or attempt to interfere with AI systems.
Generate content intended to facilitate illegal activity.
Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
Use the App in a manner that could damage, overload, or impair our services.
Misrepresent your affiliation with VASUNDHARA GAMES, Mojang, Microsoft, Apple, Google, OpenAI, or another company.

15. Intellectual Property

CraftSkins, including its software, interface, branding, logos, graphics, designs, text, functionality, and other original materials provided by VASUNDHARA GAMES, is owned by or licensed to VASUNDHARA GAMES and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except for the limited license granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

You may not use our trademarks, branding, logos, or other proprietary materials without our prior written permission.

16. Third-Party Services

CraftSkins may integrate third-party services, including AI, analytics, advertising, authentication, cloud, payment, and other technology services.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Examples may include:

Firebase
Meta
AppLovin
Apple
Google Play

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their respective terms and policies.

17. Advertising

CraftSkins may display advertisements or use advertising and mediation services.

Advertising providers may collect and process information according to their applicable policies and the permissions and privacy choices available on your device.

Advertising availability may vary by country, device, platform, consent status, and other factors.

18. App Availability and Changes

We may modify, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of CraftSkins at any time.

We may add, remove, modify, or replace features, including AI features, subscription benefits, free trials, advertising functionality, or other services.

We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available indefinitely.

Updates may be required to continue using certain features.

19. Service Availability

We attempt to keep CraftSkins available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The App may become temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, updates, outages, internet problems, third-party service failures, platform restrictions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

20. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CraftSkins is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

The App will always be available.
The App will be error-free.
AI-generated results will be accurate or suitable for your purposes.
Generated content will be unique.
The App will meet every user’s particular requirements.
Third-party services will always remain available.
The App will be compatible with every device or operating-system version.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VASUNDHARA GAMES and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of CraftSkins.

This may include loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, service interruptions, or reliance on AI-generated content.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

22. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VASUNDHARA GAMES and its affiliates, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:

Your misuse of CraftSkins.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your User Content.
Your infringement of another person’s rights.
Your violation of applicable law.

23. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to CraftSkins if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of others, or if necessary to protect the App, our users, or our services.

You may stop using CraftSkins at any time.

Termination of your access does not automatically cancel subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google. You must manage those subscriptions through the applicable store.

24. Privacy

Your use of CraftSkins is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information, including information processed through AI, analytics, advertising, and subscription services.

25. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which VASUNDHARA GAMES is legally established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer-protection laws require otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising rights that cannot legally be waived under the laws applicable to you.

26. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make material changes, we may provide notice through the App, our website, or another reasonable method.

The updated Terms will include a new Effective Date.

Your continued use of CraftSkins after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

27. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

28. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented to you for particular features or purchases, constitute the agreement governing your use of CraftSkins, except where applicable law or a separate written agreement provides otherwise.
